  ECW Meeting
ECW (Episcopal Church Women) meets on the second Monday of each month at 10:00 in Wilkins Hall.
       
    Parish Breakfast
The men prepare breakfast for everyone on the last Sunday of each month – which is served in Wilkins Hall at 9:00 AM. They also clean up!!!
All men are invited to participate in preparing the meal beginning at 8:00 AM.
       
    Exercise With Us!
There is an exercise group that meets each Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 8:30 in Wilkins Hall. Usually this is a 3-mile walking tape, some pilates and a quick weight workout. We have women from all over the island and from Fowl River – snowbirds in the winter – always room for you!
       
    Bereavement Support Group
The group is open to anyone of any Faith, who has lost a loved one within the past year. We spend our time talking and sharing and helping each other go through the grief process. An informal group meeting is held on the first Thursday of each month at 1 PM at St. Francis.

  Annual Events
   

Spring Art Fair
This exciting event is held on the third weekend of April each year –therefore coinciding with annual spring meeting of theAlabama Ornithological Society as well as Discovery Day at the Sea Lab and Esturauim. Our parish hall and lawn are covered with talented artists ---painters,wood carvers, jewelry makers, pottery. While inside, Wimberly Hory’s delicious chicken salad sandwiches, our gumbo and pickles are sold. This is always a very popular day for all of us.

Fall Festival

   

November 19, 2011 the ECW will sponsor the annual Fall Festival featuring the full array of culinary delights: Gumbo, Casseroles, Pickles, Baked Goods!

In addition the ladies sponsor a White Elephant Sale, where vendors, for a nominal charge, will be able to set up their table and offer their "garage sale" items to all comers from 9am - 2pm. Check the St. Francis Newsletter for details.

Income will be used to meet community needs.
